Breaking News: 5 States Using A Device for 24 Hour Drug and Alcohol Monitoring – Stating it is FDA approved when apparently it is not

The 5 states that use the 24 hour drug and alcohol monitoring device that I know of are: Colorado, Indiana, Texas, Michigan, and Tennessee. What I have learned is that it is being marketed as an FDA approved device for the purpose of drug and alcohol monitoring. My sources at the FDA says that it is not. They have no record or registration for the device. So, people on probation or parole are being required to use and pay for a device that apparently as I understand it is NOT approved by the FDA for that purpose AND may not even be completely reliable – thus providing false readings. I’ve Discovered a company that appears to be selling their product fraudulently affecting state governments and its citizens!

I have a story about what seems to be a fraud perpetrated by a company against several state government agencies & private citizens. I have contacted the FDA about the product that is being marketed as an approved device and was told by an official at the FDA that the agency has no record of the company or device and has not approved it for sale for what it is being promoted, sold, and used for. If anyone in the media is interested please get in touch with me.

Also, if there are any attorney’s who would be interested in a possible class action lawsuit against the company on behalf of the defrauded government agencies and citizens please contact me as well.

DELL Customer Service Delivers to another one of their valued customers!

A dear friend of mine and a consumer/user of Dell products had an issue with his computer and he reached out to me for assistance. I, then in turn, reached out to a person I communicate with at DELL about his problem and voila – the issue has been resolved for the customer and to their satisfaction. GO DELL!

If you ever have an issue or problem with your Dell product reach out to me and let me know and I will certainly do what I can to try and help you.

Comcast Customer Service Rocks!!! A positive experience to report!

Late last night I did something foolish that affected my Wi-Fi Service and I needed to get the issue resolved. I called the toll-free customer service number for Comcast and talked with one of their reps and he helped me get the issue resolved. It took us a good while to get the issue resolved but he hung in there with me, being very professional and courteous, making certain that my issue was resolved and that I was satisfied as a customer of their company. And last night I was and today I still am a very satisfied and happy customer of Comcast.

And if you ever have an issue or problem with Comcast you need help with please contact me and I will do what I can to assist you.

Walking With My Son and with the “Son of God” my Lord and Savior – Good for the health and great for the soul!

First, walking is good for a person’s health as well as their state of mind. And since I need all the good health I can get and a better state of mind, because I seem to be losing mine more frequently these days…(I wonder what state my mind is in these days – perhaps sunny Florida or cold and windy Chicago?). I’ll go looking for it again just as soon as I finish this post. LOL!

Well, anyhow, my son and I have started walking together each morning and it is such a tremendous blessing to do so. And as we walk and talk together I also talk with my Heavenly Father and Savior; praying for my son or other people I know who have needs, so it is a real “triple play” in that I get the health benefit of walking, the opportunity to spend quality time with my son, and time with my God and Savior. I love him and I love walking with him. And I also enjoy the time I get to spend in our great and glorious outdoors of Northeastern PA with God.

And to think just a few short years ago we were estranged – that is, our Father-Son relationship was broken…and I mean a totally shattered kind of broken. And that was my fault. I was to blame and caused the pain that led to our relationship being broken. However, God miraculously and wonderfully restored our relationship and it just could not get any better between us than it is right now. And it’s all because of God and his grace and the transforming, healing power of forgiveness and love.

God IS good and worthy to be praised.
