Zynga Customer Care and Service Rocks!
A consumer who is a customer of Zynga, Inc, (she plays their Farmville Game) on Facebook reached out to me with a concern that she had and needed help getting it resolved.
Someone has responded in a prompt, positive and professional manner from the company and the consumer’s issue has been satisfactorily resolved.
YES! Another satisfied customer! God is good!
