In Praise of the PA State Police and Officers at the Hazleton Barracks

I am writing the following words of praise for the performance of PA State Police Trooper F. and another officer who responded to an automobile accident my son and I had in Hazleton on Tuesday. Both Officer F and the other officer were very professional, courteous and helpful.

I had to get the insurance information for our insurance company so the damage claim can be processed and called the Hazleton Barracks to speak with officer F today and he promptly returned my call and provided me the information I needed.

As I shared with Officer F. our state police in PA do an outstanding job serving and protecting us as citizens and that I feel they are terribly underpaid, seriously overworked and most definitely unappreciated by many of the people they serve. The average citizen has no idea the danger and stress of their position…that the men and women who serve faithfully and fearlessly as PA State Police Officers put the safety and protection of us as citizens of PA above their own every day that they serve.

We as citizens in PA need to reminded what an outstanding job the men and women who serve on the PA State Police force do to both serve and protect us as citizens.
