“Alone But Not Alone” – An Original Poem

Alone…I kneel,
In nights dark solitude I feel
The presence of my Lord so dear,
Sensing him in awe as he draws near,
And I in Wonder asking what, how and why me?
Lord, I don’t understand how can it be?
That your love you would grant so abundant, so free
To me,
One who was so lost, so wretched a man
And I hear your reply from your Spirit’s Word,
You speak, “Because I knew and loved you before time began,
But not because of you or in you any good did I see
But because my loving and saving you has brought pleasure and glory
to me!” (c) Harold Cameron, 2012

How awesome is our God and greatly to be praised!

Just a sinner saved by grace,

Harold
